Why should I use a travel agent?
When you choose to work with me, you’re not simply hiring an individual, you’re gaining the strength and influence of a respected, high-producing agency working behind the scenes on your behalf. As part of a company that generates millions in travel sales each year, I’m backed by established industry relationships, top-tier preferred partnerships and the buying power and credibility that allow me to advocate more effectively for my clients and deliver exceptional value at every stage of their journey. You will have access to the same promotions available to the general public as well as other group and agency-only promotions.
Is there a fee for your travel planning services?
My services are free when you book a vacation package with me. Travel agents are compensated directly by our trusted travel partners, so you receive professional guidance and personalized support without any additional cost to you. When you book on your own and reserve directly with a supplier, the travel agent commission is already factored into the price. The only difference is that by booking on your own, you are not benefiting from the expertise, representation and personalized support that you are already paying for.

How do I secure my vacation dates and resorts?
While deposit amounts vary by supplier, most allow a hold to be placed on your reservation, hotel room or stateroom without a deposit. Once we finalize your ideal itinerary, I will handle the booking process directly with the supplier.
How do I submit payments?
Submitting your payment is simple and secure. Once you’re ready to move forward with your reservation, I will send you a secure payment link where you can safely enter your payment details directly into our trusted booking system. This ensures your personal and financial information remains protected at all times. Once submitted, I will process the payment on your behalf. If a deposit or scheduled payment is required, I’ll clearly outline the amount due and the deadline, so there are no surprises. You’ll also receive confirmation once your payment has been successfully processed. Easy, secure and seamless, just the way travel planning should be.

Will you help me with the Lightning Lane selections, Express Passes and dining reservations?
Absolutely! I provide detailed tutorials and strategic advice for making ride selections and reservations at Disney and Universal. I will also guide you through the best practices when making dining reservations.
What support do you provide?
I’ll be available to assist you and answer any questions before or during your trip, helping ensure a stress-free experience. Prior to your trip I am your best advocate for any issues that arise. However, once you arrive at your destination, while I will always be available to answer any questions or assist you in any way I can, you are your best advocate because you can handle issues in person. If your issues requires assistance once you return, I will be there to help.
Do you help book flights?
If your flights can be packaged with your vacation, I will certainly be able to assist you. However, in most other cases, it’s actually better for clients to purchase their own flights rather than having me book them. When you book your own flights, you control the schedule, seat selection, airline loyalty points and any future changes or upgrades. This ensures you can make adjustments directly with the airline without waiting for a third party. If your plans change, dealing directly with the airline is usually faster. Airlines often require you to speak directly with them for cancellations, refunds or re-booking and having a third party can sometimes slow the process.
Are you able to help me if I have already booked my vacation?
Yes and no. Many suppliers allow booked vacations to be transferred to a travel agent. All that is usually required is filling out a form. However, there are time limits involved and your trip must not be paid in full. Separately, for example, if you've already booked your Disney World Resort hotel and the transfer period if over, I can still assist you in purchasing park tickets, thus giving you access to my planning assistance. If your vacation cannot be transferred to me and no other extras need to be purchased, I would ask that you keep me in mind prior to booking your next trip so that I may help you make the most of your vacation.
Do you book any other types of vacations?
I am able to book almost any type of vacation destination, but I am most familiar with cruises, Disney destinations and Universal resorts. I am trained in Sandals and Beaches vacations and can and do book pre and post cruise hotel stays. If there is someplace specific you are looking to visit, please reach out and we can discuss.
